ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and guidelines for acceptable use of the AegisGate Security Platform (“Service”). By using the Service, you (“Subscriber” or “you”) agree to comply with this AUP.
AegisGate Security, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
1. PERMITTED USE

You may use the Service solely for legitimate security scanning, threat detection, and compliance enforcement purposes in connection with your own AI infrastructure, applications, and services.

3. CONTENT STANDARDS

You retain all rights to the data you process through the Service (“Your Content”). You represent that you have all rights necessary to process Your Content through the Service.

You may not process through the Service content that:

- Infringes on intellectual property rights

6.2 Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in:

- Permanent termination of account
- Legal action where applicable

We will generally provide notice of AUP violations and an opportunity to cure before taking enforcement action, except in cases of:
